Stamped parts made of sheet metal can be manufactured with a material thickness of less than one millimetre up to 20 millimetres. Stamped parts with very thin material thicknesses are in high demand, especially in medical technology, microelectronics and precision mechanics. You can also choose from a variety of materials. We offer stamped and bent parts made of steel, brass, aluminium, stainless steel and various special materials.

Bending technology is closely linked to stamping technology. In many cases, stamping is followed by bending to achieve the desired shape of the part. To complete the part, the final step is often a surface treatment to achieve the required properties, and we are happy to take over all the steps for you and offer you your specific stamped and bent part.

TUBE BENDING PARTS

However, we do not only offer you bent parts for sheet metal processing. Our programme also includes the product field of tube bending parts. We can supply you with customised tube bending parts with a diameter of up to 170 mm and material thicknesses of up to 10 mm. We are also happy to realise thin-walled tube bending parts or parts with very tight bends for you.
